Tips to get the most from ZAP IN & your Visitor Management Platform. Zap!

Do you use SLACK?   Have all your ZAP IN system messages go to your SLACK channels.    Add your SLACK account credentials here.

How do I use it?

  • Make sure you have a Full subscription for ZAP IN. 

  • From the Workbench, click Voice.

  • Select Enable Voice - slide the circle to the right until it turns green.

  • Make a selection for voice and accent at the voice configuration. 

  • Select preview to know how it sounds.

  • Enter the opening greetings and activate voice whenever it is needed.

  • Select Save to enable your changes

IMPORTANT:   you must input the "Primary Point of Contact Email" before you are able to access the subscription screen on the upper right screen menu.
