How do I use it?

Upon signing in and/or signing out, display a pop up window prompting your visitors to sign  using only their finger on the touch sensitive screen.

 

For audit and verification, each signature is captured as an image, given a date/time stamp embedded in the image and stored with each visitor's record.

  • From the Workbench, click Signature capture.

  • Select Enable on sign in - slide the circle to the right until it turns green.

  • Type the text that will be shown to the visitor in Label on Sign in.

  • OPTIONAL - Select Enable on sign out - slide the circle to the right until it turns green.

  • OPTIONAL - Type the text that will be shown to the exiting visitors in Label on Sign Out.

  • Choose either mandatory or optional signatures.

  • Click Save to enable your changes

Enable Visitor agreements as well to display the Signature capture label at the bottom of agreements!
